In this video, I summarize and review the two danmei novels I read in the past month, Remnants of Filth and Stars of Chaos.

I might have been too harsh with my review of Stars of Chaos so I’ll bump it to a 3.5. One part of the story that I failed to mention that I actually enjoyed was that the writer didn’t immediately make the relationship between Chang Geng and his godfather romantic or sexual, seeing as Chang Geng is so young. And it’ll have been unnatural to make that transition in their relationship in this first book because they’re still a little awkward around each other but I’ll keep my mind open for the next one to two volumes in the series like I mentioned.
