Now blasting through 2nd phase of my home workout following Steve reeves principles and adopting more of his diet consistently. Refining the exercises that work around my old injuries to target the desired muscles better and what adjustments I've made with setup and the routine to make it manageable longer term for progressive overload and continued gains.
