In this video I do a demonstration tutorial of some loose watercolour landscapes I did in my sketchbook keeping it really simple and abstract. I use a variety of watercolour painting techniques such as wet in wet and dry brushing. I use a simple, minimalist colour palette including Paynes Grey which is one of my favourite colours!. Prompts are added in text to the screen to help you understand the process at each stage. I had a bit of artists block when I started these pages so I gave myself a few parameters and this helped me to loosen up and get the paintings done. I hope it might inspire you to give something similar a go. If you have any questions at all please ask in the comments and I will get back to you.
