Anxiety and effects of trauma can be very frightening and can prevent us from living life to the fullest. How we feel MATTERS and Jackie and host Jan discuss what it actually means when we feel moody or irritable, even when the sensations seem to come out of thin air. We encourage you to explore when you feel moody and sit with those emotions, rather than push them down and pretend they are not there. 🫣
