The Garmin Vivofit 4 came out around 4 years ago, but does it still hold up today. There is no GPS. There is no heart rate monitor. There isn't even smart notifications sent from your phone. Does this band still hold up? .... the TLDR is not really. There are so many out there that can do more and can do it for less money as well. Hopefully this video was helpful for you!
