Описание: With @minokamocooking8183 we made a gobo stirfy the next morning, to soak up the sake from the night before. A cosy mixed stirfry rice dish, it is made with gobo (burdock), carrots, tofu, rice, mirin, soy, and whatever else you want to throw in. We washed the gobo with our tawashi brush from Takada 1948 - it is important not to peel the gobo as it contains nutrients and lots of flavour. This dish is known as Takikomi Gohan (炊き込みご飯). Akiko served this with miso soup, braised aubergine, and homemade pickles.
