Описание: In this workshop that is almost 100 years old, we witness the crafting of oroshigane graters of different sizes, traditionally used for daikon radish, wasabi, ginger, and more. Made of tin-plated copper, each grate is hammered out individually to make these graters which are essential for Japanese cuisine.
