Ingredients (1 Jar)
• Egg – 1
• Jaggery powder – 3 tsp
• Olive oil – 3 tsp
• Ragi flour or Amaranth flour – 3 tsp
• Cocoa powder – 1 tsp
• Baking powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – a pinch
• Milk – 3 tsp
• Dark chocolate chunks – as needed
• Vanilla essence – few drops
👩🍳 Process
1. In a bowl, add the egg and jaggery powder.
2. Add olive oil, milk, and vanilla essence.
3. Add ragi flour or amaranth flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
4. Gently mix to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
5. Add dark chocolate chunks.
6. place a pot on stove, place jars and add water and close the lip and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
