An 8-mile (mostly) loop hike in the Santa Monica Mountains that takes you down into a lesser-known canyon and then up to a wonderful view of the mountains and ocean.
Directions:
Enter “Marvin Braude Mulholland Gateway Park” into your map app. It will take you to the south end of Reseda Blvd. which stops at the park. Pay attention to the signs! The lower end of the parking lot is free but the upper (closest to the trailhead) requires a $5 fee.
