Описание: After my hiking partner had to be evacuated by helicopter, I was left alone in the one of the most isolated places in the Ansel Adams Wilderness of the High Sierra. At first, the way out seemed straightforward. It didn't turn out that way. I was forced to make a dangerous climb to an obscure pass—all of this off-trail—in order to self-rescue myself. By the time I got out, a search and rescue mission was being planned. I got the whole ordeal on video.
