• 00:29 - 01:59 • Such an unusual experience. Our flight to Dubai is at 12.50 AM, and the next one is to Vienna at 05.55 AM, the airport is empty, and there are no passengers. The complete silence in the airport hallways is interrupted by the sound of some heels, suitcase wheels ...

I've never experienced such silence in such a busy place. On top of all that, during the check-in, we found out that there will be only 14 passengers on our flight. Phenomenal feeling, like we have a private jet just for ourselves. Boeing737-800. Interesting start to a new adventure.

• 01:59 - 06:23 • The flight (FZ1750 • May 12th 2021) from Belgrade to Dubai lasted 5 hours and 20 minutes. During that time, we flew over Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Syria, Iraq, and Iran, to finally land in the United Arab Emirates. We crossed 3 new time zones, to be ultimately staying in the Emirates, in the zone + 2 hours compared to Belgrade. The flight was extra pleasant, especially because of the situation I've already mentioned, which is that there were only 14 passengers on the flight. An indescribably powerful feeling. Boeing just for a few of us.

All of us (not so numerous) passengers have benefited from the free space around us. Mom and I chose to get separated. She enjoyed the D, E, and F seats, while I enjoyed the A, B, and C. It turned out to be really cool, because, in addition to the comfortable rest area, we also have pics from opposite sides which was especially interesting when we welcomed the dawn. On my (eastern) side, the golden reflection of the first sun rays appeared, and on my mom's (west) - it was still complete darkness.

Pleasant flight ... lots of space ... mom and I had cute encounters drinking coffee and having lunch together. Lovely!
