The wrists are such important body roots, and a support system that connects us to the earth and to ourselves. So let’s explore more movement and range of motion so we can be freer and more stable in our practice and our lives.
All you need is 13 minutes and your body. Grab a yoga bolster or a block to place underneath your sitbones if kneeling poses make your knees too tender.
