Hey you guys here is my third Vlog and seriously I need some feedback how are you guys liking the VLOG series, do you guys have any suggestions on VLOG ideas please let me know. In the mean time I create these VLOGS to let you guys know I'm not perfect sometimes I eat whatever, lots of carbs, processed foods but I try my best to overall become a healthier ME. Being on this journey is very hard so I make it easier for myself by enjoying the foods that I love and so should you. Being pescatarian for a week was pretty cool I even considered doing it forever lol we shall see. For this of you who wanted to know I eat 1,500 calories daily. My macros are 100g of Carbs, 58g Fat, 145g Protein. I pretty much go over my carbs daily but make sure I hit my protein goal daily or get close as possible. I have been using myfitnesspal for the longest to track my calories if you guys would like to follow me on there to see my food logs my username is {dawnsmithjy61} so go follow me on there asap.
