This 23 mile one way ride on the old Whitby to Scarborough line, other wise known as The Cinder Trail was shot in February 24. I was hoping to do the whole there and back in 1 day. Unfortunately with the back axel breaking and lodging the disc brake in the caliper I had to abandon the ride,
I stayed in the Boots and Bike hotel in Scarborough and loved the facilities. Well worth a visit and reasonably priced too.
There is no GPX as the route is easily found on the internet and publications. More importantly it is straight and sign posted well.
