Join Paul Suggitt on a ride from Whitby to Scarborough and back as part of his training for the WRR Challenge.
Riding the 'Cinder Path" which is part of the National Cycle Route 1, Paul's cyclocross bike was realy put through its paces on certain parts of the paths.
A welcome stop half way was a Weatherspoons pub in Scarborough for a quick pint.
Total miles: 43
Filmed on Saturday the 16th July.
