Small experiment with total feedback mode to try and familiarize myself in more detail with the FM capabilities of the Lyra-8
In this mode the output signal after distortion replaces the LFO as a modulation source and the entire instrument becomes a complex FM synthesis structure.
I'm using three voices: 1, 7, and 8. Voice 1 is playing a root note which I can detune by a half step using the mod knob. Voices 7 and 8 are used to introduce FM to the root note depending on the depth of the mod knob for their voice group. Lots of drive and delay, with short and closely correlated delay times to create a reverb-like effect. There's also some Eventide Space in Room mode for extra reflections.
