The project includes four blocks of apartments. Despite receiving funds from the Tabung Pemulihan Projek Terbengkalai (TEPAT) for reconstruction, there has been little progress. The delay has caused significant distress among the 600 buyers, some of whom have faced financial difficulties, including bankruptcy.

Pangsapuri Rimau Indah Fasa 1 and 2 were completed and are currently occupied. They consist of three blocks of 5-storey buildings, each housing multiple residential units. The units typically have a built-up size of about 750 square feet.

The development is located in a well-established residential area in Shah Alam, surrounded by various amenities such as schools, clinics, shopping malls, and public transport options. This makes it a convenient place for families to reside.

Efforts to resolve the issue have been ongoing. The Selangor state government has been involved, and there have been attempts to address technical problems, such as identifying all original buyers to move forward with the project. The liquidator appointed by the housing authority has been urged to expedite these processes.

It’s a challenging situation, but there is hope that with continued pressure and support from the authorities, a resolution can be found.
