One recipe I love so much that I make it every week is this super-simple roast chicken. It's seriously low-effort: Just start with a 4-pound whole chicken (which is enough to feed a family of four with leftovers to spare), season and flavor with your favorite herbs and aromatics -- I'm using olive oil, salt, lemon, garlic, and fresh thyme, but any combo you have on hand will do -- then into the oven it goes.
