Find release for the lats and pecs in this myofascial release practice. We'll use a yoga block and a MFR/tennis ball for this short class. These muscles play a big role in how we sit, breathe, and move our arms, and when they’re tight, they can contribute to stiffness, poor posture, and limited shoulder mobility. This practice may help you stand taller, move your shoulders more freely, and breathe with less restriction, making it a great reset for long days at a desk, upper body workouts, or stress carried through the chest and arms.
