1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 baking powder
1/4 salt
Milk syrup:
410g Evaporated milk (1 tin)
367g condensed milk (1 tin)
1/3 cup double cream
1 cup whole milk (optional)
Whipped cream:
400ml double cream
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
Garnish/decoration:
Pistachios
Lotus biscoff
Oreo
