Cultural humility in mental health: A move away from competence

Описание: As we come into a space where people are becoming more aware of systemic racism and the need to move to inclusive and anti-racist practices, I would like to share a bit of what I've learned this year in researching anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices in mental health. I hope you find this useful in your work and uplifting in continuing to look at our implicit biases, explore power dynamics, reflect on our experiences, and fully support the people we work with, especially Black and Brown clients.
