While this may not be for everyone, I have come up with a new variation of a close grip triceps push exercise. Please go slow and use only the weight you can handle. Much like Skull Crushers, you have to be careful in the same manner here. for biceps i hang while keeping myself stable and do dumbbell curls. Works for me, give it a try!
I never pose, nor practice posing. It is something I'm very insecure about and feel clueless. I don't really know to do freestyle a posing routine... yet. I'm starting to cut so I'll be posing more a. I say FLEX a lot but I really mean POSE. Thanks for the support, like the video and if you dislike it, please comment why. lol. posing
