🥕 Ingredients for 4 Servings (EN | g / oz)
Carrots — 2 medium (≈ 200 g / 7 oz)
Onion (yellow or white) — 1 medium (≈ 150 g / 5.3 oz)
Leek — 1 medium stalk (≈ 120 g / 4.2 oz)

Fine durum wheat vermicelli (Angel Hair–style pasta) — 50 g / 1.8 oz
Olive Oil: 15 g (approx. 1 tbsp / 0.5 oz)
Water — 1.2 L / 40 fl oz
Eggs — 2 large (≈ 100 g / 3.5 oz without shell)
Sour cream — 80 g / 2.8 oz
Fresh parsley — 10 g / 0.35 oz
Green onions — 15 g / 0.5 oz
Fresh rosemary — 1 small sprig (≈ 2 g / 0.07 oz)
