A unique combination of simple but powerful flowing Dru Yoga , Tai Chi and Qi Gong
movements that will improve your freedom of movement while restoring your energy flow and vitality. These are specifically designed to release tension, cleanse, heal and balance your energy, boost your immunity, and improve your physical health and well-being. They open your heart chakra, ground your energy, bring you back into your body, mindful and aware while restoring your inner peace. I teach you how to connect to the calm, clarity, wisdom and strength within you that is your true nature, your True Self.
These movements can be done standing or in a chair and do not require any previous experience. Please work with your body and within your own comfort zone, not over extending joints or forcing your body to do what does not come easily. Learn to listen to your body and take your time to really experience each movement so you gain the full benefit. Relax and breathe into the movements and let them flow. If at any time you feel pain or undue discomfort please stop or modify the movement. If you feel light headed please sit or lie down until it passes or complete the movement sitting in a chair.
This video has no instruction and is designed so that you can simply watch, add your own background music and experience the flow of the movements.
It can be done at any time of day, although the most benefit would be gained earlier in the day so you feel calm, centred, strong and clear, empowered and rejuvenated for the rest of your day. Repeat these every day or several times a week for best results. They would be ideal before you sit in meditation or followed by a deep relaxation.

You need to have practised this longer Energy Freedom Movement video sequence for enough time that you are familiar with the safety aspects, the breathing, the visualisations and the movements themselves and feel confident to do these without my instruction.

I would also recommend drinking plenty of water, at least 1 litre, taking small sips often for the two hours following these movements to ensure you are fully hydrated and to support the positive changes this sequence of movements will have on your body so that it responds with vibrant health and well-being.
