Описание: This research article introduces a new analytical framework based on the argumentation theory of "new rhetoric" to analyze workplace disputes regarding fairness and legitimacy. The author explores how managers use rhetoric to justify actions and how employees counter these with claims of unfairness. A central focus is the concept of pseudo-legitimations, which are attempts by leadership to justify decisions using irrational grounds or manipulative logic rather than genuine reasoning. By synthesizing rhetorical institutionalism with practical philosophy, the text examines how institutional structures can either prevent or enable the abuse of power through these deceptive justifications. Ultimately, the source argues that while moral plurality makes disagreement inevitable, justice is maintained only when authority is exercised through rationally justified and sincere arguments.
