I am sure the new super intense 1-hour all standing HIIT cardio session 60 MIN WEIGHT LOSS & FAT BURN CARDIO HIIT Workout | All Standing is going to burn fat, melt away the calories and provide a full body workout at home! No equipment needed!

PUSH HARD as long as you can, making the routine your own! Try to complete the entire workout, but even the half is really awesome!

This HIIT workout is 2 rounds consisting of 4 circuits each. 45 seconds work with a 15-second break between.

► DURATION: 60 minutes
►TIMER: 45 sec on, 15 sec off
►MUSCLES WORKED: full body
► INTENSITY: high
► CALORIES BURNT: 650-1000
► EQUIPMENT: no equipment
► DIFFICULTY: intermediate-advanced
