Welcome to Week 3 of the 30 Day Challenge. I can't believe we are on day 15!
Today, we are back at it with this exercise routine to target those waists and butts to get an hourglass figure. I am going to be showing you, personally, my favourite and best 3 exercises for an hourglass. Ill show you the exercises, to begin with, and then we will perform each one for 20 reps.
If you want to repeat this video 3 times for a full workout - then do! If not, you can add it onto another routine or just do this :)
