Internalized Self-Hatred

Описание: It is inevitable that we will experience events, situations and circumstances in our lives that will seemingly communicate to us that we are not worthy of love, respect and value. When unacknowledged and unaware, these beliefs become part of our psyche that then increasingly sabotage our lives, resulting in self-destructive behavior through both abuse and neglect.

By learning to become aware of our beliefs through our behavior, and incrementally changing our behavior, we begin to change the underlying beliefs, those that are inherently untrue and out of alignment with proper belief in the light, love, mercy, grace, goodness and benevolence of God.

How we treat ourselves is a direct reflection of how we believe we should be treated, and thus is a direct reflection of our beliefs about God. To heal our relationship with God, we must heal our relationship with ourselves.
