Meditation the Key to Human Potential

Описание: Allah Almighty states in the Holy Qur'an that when He has fashioned and breathed into the human being from His Spirit, creation is then commanded to prostrate and submit before the children of Adam (as), [15:29, 38:72].

In this extraordinary verse, we learn that it is the breath of the human being that connects him or her to the Divine Presence of God, and also that which establishes the children of Adam (as) as the deputies and vicegerents of the Almighty.

Many pioneers in the field of human potential are now pointing to the fact that it is through harnessing the power of the breath, or "meditation," that the human being can access the Quantum Field, also referred to as the Zero Point Field and the Divine Matrix, in ancient times referred to as the aether or the quintessence, and which is known in Arabic as Bahr ul-Qudra, the Ocean of Power, Light and Energy, from which originates and manifests apparent creation.

Thus, it is through the power of meditation that a human being can come into realization of his or her potential as a true servant of the Almighty, and so awaken their inherent divine potential.
