This is a very different kind of what I hope to be a series sharing more of my own personal stories and experiences with dancing with chronic illness.
Many of you might know I’m a Craniosacral therapist and a nervous system and trauma specialist but this series is not so much a “how to” as it is a “me too” in where I share my own path along this rocky journey in hopes that it provides a sense of strength and hope when we all need it the most.
In this series my intention is not to provide advice of any sort. There are plenty of people trying to sell us stuff on the internet.
Rather I want to share my story to remind myself of what I want to orient to in the day to day, grounded both in reality AND hope for a better and healthier life forward.
