In this video, I’m walking you through one of my go-to thoracic mobility drills using a PVC pipe while seated. This movement helps open up the mid-back and unlock rotational control, while also targeting the QL (quadratus lumborum) for some much-needed release—especially if you sit a lot or feel stiff in the spine and lower back.
✅ Great for:
Improving posture
Releasing low back tension
Enhancing rotational movement
Warming up before training or winding down after a long day
