Smoked Chuck Roast Sandwiches!
Begin by seasoning the @meijer chuck roast with @RuralKingSupply coarse black pepper and Texas-style rub. Allow the seasoning to adhere for 45-60 minutes. After getting the @GrillwithWeber Smokey Mountain up to 250 degrees using @Kingsford Match Light, @BBCharcoal briquettes, and @bearmountainbbq hickory logs, place the chuck roast on the smoker. Allow to smoke for 2 hours before brushing with @leaandperrinsuk Worcestershire sauce. Continue smoking for 2 hours, or until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 200 degrees. Remove from the smoker, then let the meat rest for 15 minutes before shredding and chopping. Add the chopped chuck roast to a toasted @AuntMilliesBakeries Hearth Onion bun, then top with St. Elmo's horseradish sauce and @meijer dill pickle chips.
