Smoked Spare Ribs!
For the 6 pounds of spare ribs from Fisher Meats begin by trimming the meat for peak aerodynamics. Season using @RuralKingSupply Coarse Ground Black Pepper and @MeatChurchBBQ Hickory All Purpose BBQ Rub. Allow the seasoning to adhere while the @Masterbuilt 560 Gravity Series reaches 275 degrees. We fueled ours with @BBCharcoal hardwood briquettes, @bearmountainbbq apple wood chunks, and a @craftsman power inverter. Allow the ribs to smoke until the bones pop and the slab is able to bend, but not break. Ours took about 4 hours. At this point, you can pull the ribs and wrap them in @Kingsford heavy-duty aluminum foil with some Famous Dave's Georgia Mustard sauce. Allow to rest in the oven on warm for 1-2 hours, or until ready to eat.
Whoever eats the most gets the most, so dig in!
