Skin Rejuvenation With Ice Cubes

Here are ways in which you can use ice cubes to rejuvenate your skin.

Aloe vera
Take one leaf of Aloe vera and remove its gel in a bowl. Mix ½ cup water to it. Fill the mixture in an ice tray and freeze. Rubbing these ice cubes on the face will help in eliminating blemishes and wrinkles on the skin.

Rice Water
Take ½ cup rice. Rinse it with water to remove impurities. Soak the rice in ½ cup water. Strain the rice. Fill the ice tray with the rice water and freeze. Rice water is rich in vitamins and minerals so rubbing rice water ice cubes on the face, will help your skin.

Beetroot Juice
Blend 1 beetroot. Pour the beetroot juice in an ice tray and freeze. Beets are rich in vitamin C, which will help restore the natural glow of the skin.

Green Tea
Freeze 1 cup green tea in an ice tray. Frozen green tea ice cubes when rubbed on the skin will help eliminate dark circles.

Orange Juice
Add ½ cup of orange juice to ½ cup of water and freeze. Orange juice will cleanse your skin.

Cucumber Juice
Blend ½ cucumber with ½ cup water. Freeze this cucumber juice. Rubbing this ice cube on the dark circles will help treat it.
