Rice water is proven to be extremely beneficial for the skin and hair.All you need to do is take half a cup of rice in a bowl and soak it in 2 cups of filtered water. After a few hours separate the water and rice. The remaining rice can be used for cooking. Chill the rice water in the fridge and then you can apply it to your face with a cotton pad or simply with your hands. Leave it for ten minutes and then wash with water. You can even transfer the water to an ice cube tray and freeze. Every morning you can take out one cube and gently massage your face.

1. Rice water helps to brighten skin, reduces acne spots, promotes cell general, makes it soft and also tightens the skin.

2. Rice water is also a natural sunscreen and helps to protect the skin from the harmful UV rays of the sun. It can also be used to treat sunburns.

5. The rice water can also be used for the hair. After you wash your hair with Shampoo, massage the rice water on your scalp and hair. Leave it for 20 mins then rinse.
