People talk about “the empty chair,” but the truth is…the chair isn’t empty.
Your grief sits with you.
Your memories sit with you.
Your love sits with you.

And that presence deserves space.

In this video, I’m sharing what it really feels like to carry grief into the holiday season, and how you can honor both your grief and your person in a way that feels true to you.

We’ll talk honestly about what you’re really bringing into the room: your grief, your love, your memories, and your loyalty to your person. This isn’t about fixing you, forcing “holiday spirit,” or pretending the chair is truly empty. It’s about making room for the truth of what you feel and finding grounded ways to honor the one you miss.
