Hi I am Alice Louise and every single week I will do a NEW activity or explore a new place or delve into the world of positive mental health and of course bring you along for the ride!

This week is crazy golf! Me and dean battled it out on bournemouth beach front at the smugglers cove pirate themed adventure golf course.

This is a fantastic family day out in Dorset and has the most beautiful views of the seaside. It's also right next to harry ramsdens so you could even finish the afternoon off with some lovely fish and chips.

I created my youtube channel to try and encourage people that there is always light at the end of the tunnel however low or anxious or unmotivated you are.

I want to encourage and hopefully inspire people to explore new places and start to really start living again.

I have been through depression as a young woman and 10 years later I am the happiest I have ever been and so I want to try to inspire people to start taking more care of themselves and to start truly living all in the aid of positive mental health.
