Ultimate Humungousaur was the first Ultimate Alien seen in the "Ben 10" franchise, first used by Albedo during the "Alien Force" season 3 finale episode to show off the Ultimatrix's advanced features. After confiscating the device from him in that battle, Ben Tennyson gained the ability to upgrade his transformations to Ultimate form as well, often using Ultimate Humungousaur to deal with larger crowds of enemies.
In addition to the extra durability of the Ankylosaurus shell armour, Ultimate Humungousaur also has the ability to turn his hands into missile launchers and grow to 120 feet tall.
