This video shows the repair of a conveyor belt with the patented vulcanizing material Multiface® and Multipoint Fasteners.
Multiface® generally achieves a very good adhesion on rubber, without any preparation with any solvents and adhesion promoter, due to the same chemical crosslink as a hot vulcanizing. Therefore, Multiface® helps to perform a repair within 30 minutes at +23°C or 73°F or less, even at temperatures below 0°C or 32°F, by using a hot gun.
Like all products of the company Hejatex, Multiface® does not content any solvents, VOC, CMR and toxic ingredients. This ensures an unusual high level of safety for people, transport and storage.
