We are given so many wonderful tools for presence within our practices. Our breath is one of the tools, but the breath we have with us in every moment of our lives, and once we can master our breath as a tool for presence, for rhythm, for stillness, for movement, for awareness, we begin the journey of mastery within all of the movements in our lives. Crow pose is challenging on its own, but to add straight arms creates a completely new expression of this asana.
Physical difficulty: semi-pro athlete
Mental/emotional difficulty: varsity captain
Peak pose: Crow Pose w/ straight arms
Time on mat: 34 minutes
Let’s use the tools provided to find this state of flow within so we can allow it to shine through all that we do, and into all that we encounter.
