This is not only true in terms of who you get to do any work for you, from plumbing, building and yes electrics, but to any kind of product you buy. This is why I only install items that meet that standard and threshold.

The BIG 3!

There are generally 3 brands that I install, however there are other good brands and lights that I have not tried, these would include lights from Timeguard, Knightsbridge to name a couple, however! If you come to me and ask for a new Security Light, I will recommend these three brands:

#steinel #lighting

#collingwood #Lighting

So, those are the three I will fit and guarantee, and why? Because, as Mr Ruskin states, when you pay too little you sometimes lose everything… and with the top two brands in particular, the Steinel and Collingwood lights you get 50,000 hours of lamp life and that works out to a staggering 30 hours of life when the lights are on an average of 4.5 hours per day. I think you’ll agree that that would work out to be quite a few of those halogen bulbs, not to mention all that wasted time and money replacing them.
