How to use the new HPCSA CPD and self-service online portal

The HPCSA informed HPCSA-registered health professionals just 30 days prior to the deadline that we are required to upload our CPD certificates to the newly launched online self-service portal. This caused panic and mayhem across the professions with many people struggling to access the portal and with a long list of unanswered questions and lack of support from the HPCSA. I decided to record a tour of the portal and demonstrate how to use it. I also go over some important changes to CPD and maintaining registration which is on the horizon.
