Gardein came out with a 100% plant based holiday roast which is perfect for your vegan and vegetarian holiday gatherings. I chose this particular product because the ingredient list wasn't too processed and it seemed like normal ingredients!

I cooked this with a variety of roasted, spiced vegetables on the bottom, cooked it according to the instructions and made the gravy in a pot on the stove. It was easy and delicious!

Ingredient list for your reference (truncated, just an example):

gardein™ : water, soy protein isolate*, vital wheat gluten*, expeller pressed canola oil*, yeast extract, methylcellulose, organic ancient grain flour (KAMUT® khorasan wheat, amaranth, millet, quinoa), potato starch, natural flavors (from plant sources), sea salt, dehydrated garlic, organic cane sugar, vinegar, color added, spice extracts, onion powder, garlic powder, pea protein, beetroot fiber, carrot fiber, turmeric and paprika extracts, smoke flavor. stuffing: onions, water, enriched wheat flour (wheat flour*, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), celery, brown and wild rice, dried cranberries, yeast extract, wheat gluten*, expeller pressed canola oil*, sea salt, sugar, natural flavors (from plant sources), ascorbic acid (added as a dough conditioner), methylcellulose, spices, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric extract.
