Bosasa Liquidators did not get consent to sell off Bosasa moveable assets and thus acted unlawfully by holding an auction without consulting the board of directors and all parties concerned. The High Court ordered that the ownership of the assets not to be moved to the bidders and that legal costs be paid in one of the three applications.
