Authorities are increasing efforts to address corruption in South Africa’s water sector, amid concerns about criminal networks.
The SIU and the Water and Sanitation Department have launched the Water Sector Anti-Corruption Forum to improve coordination between agencies and support investigations and prosecutions in the sector.
