📝 INGREDIENTS (18 cm / 7 inch ring)
CRUMBLE DOUGH
160 g hazelnuts
120 g all purpose flour
2 g baking powder
120 g vegan butter - margarine (solid, about 80% fat)
2.4 g salt
55 g powdered sugar
55 g cane sugar
FILLING
2 apples (about 220 g, diced)
23 g cane sugar (to mix with the apples)
35 g hazelnuts, roughly chopped
Powdered sugar for dusting

180°C / 356°F for about 30 minutes
