Exploring Interstate 295 between Logan Township, NJ and Barrington, NJ.
We begin our drive as U.S.130 joins I-295 for a concurrency of about ten miles or so. We go through the history of how this was MOSTLY a four-lane freeway constructed in the late 1940s and designated as NJ-44/U.S. 130 prior to the arrival of I-295 in the 1960s.
In the 1980s and early 90s, this stretch was widened and many exits were either modified or rebuilt entirely. We show many before and after photos for perspective.

*A viewer from the area informed us that the highway between Exits 21-23 had road and driveway access so US-130 wasn't technically a freeway there.
