Week 4 introduces a 6-second breath hold, significantly increasing respiratory and core demand while keeping movement controlled and joint-friendly.
This stage trains the ability to remain calm and efficient under internal stress — a key adaptation not developed through Pilates or resistance training alone.
BandSquid resistance is progressed to sustain muscular tension while reinforcing breath-led control.
