WHAT? I know, it looks really weird, but it feels so good! Nauli Kriya is a yogic cleansing exercise that involves a rolling movement of the abdominal muscles. It's an advanced technique that is believed to cleanse the internal organs, particularly the digestive organs and small intestines, and tones the core muscles.
I wanted to show a demonstration of Nauli. Do you want to know how to do it? If so, let me know in the comments, and I will post a "How To" video.
I used to be able to do this as a kid, then I lost it. I had to relearn it in yoga. It took me one full year to get it back. So, no excuses! You can learn, or relearn your Nauli too!
I practice Nauli first thing before I start my flow practice. It centers me, strengthens me, and focuses my mind.
