Ingredients
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seed - 1/4 tsp
Shallots - 2
Salt - 1/4 tsp (as per taste)
Long beans - 210 gm
Grated coconut - 35 gm
Green chilli - 1
Curry leaves - a few
Shallots - 1
Cumin seed - 1/4 tsp
Garlic clove - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Method
Heat a pan over medium heat, and once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, shallots, and salt. Sauté for a few minutes. Incorporate the long beans and cook for around 10 minutes or until the beans are thoroughly cooked.
In a blender, combine grated coconut, green chili, curry leaves, shallots, cumin seeds, garlic clove, and turmeric powder. Grind the mixture finely.
Add the coconut paste to the pan and blend well. Sauté for a few minutes.
